Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian will hold the annual Lehigh Southwest Cement Plant & Permanente Quarry Public Meeting with various oversight agencies at the Cupertino Community Hall on Wednesday, March 27. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the quarry and cement plant located in the Cupertino foothills.
