Amendment to the Protected Trees Ordinance - Citywide Notice of a Study Session
The Cupertino City Council directed staff to prepare amendments to Chapter 14.18, Protected Trees, of the Cupertino Municipal Code in Spring 2013.
A Study Session is scheduled with the City Council, on Monday, July 7, 2014, at 5:00 PM, in Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Ave (next to the library), to discuss potential amendments and to obtain further direction and additional public input.

- Streamline process for removal of Protected Trees
- Review and update:
o List of specimen trees
o Tree replacements
