Stevens Creek Corridor Master Plan Project Update
Stevens Creek Boulevard south to McClellan Road

On April 21, 2015, the Cupertino City Council will take action on the Stevens Creek Boulevard to McClellan Road - Creek Corridor Master Plan (“SCC Master Plan”) resulting from the City Council’s study session on February 3, 2015. The City Council will confirm its direction regarding the environmental clearance process. The recommended action is to implement the direction given at the February 3, 2015 study session which would supersede the February 18, 2014 action to commence an Environmental Impact Report for the SCC Master Plan project.

The SCC Master Plan includes Blackberry Farm Golf Course, Stocklmeir Ranch, Blackberry Farm Park, McClellan Ranch Preserve, McClellan Ranch West, Stevens Creek Trail and associated lands. A link to the agenda and staff report is provided below. The meeting information is noted below as well.
